From Inquiry to Booking

From your first inquiry, we make things simple, clear, and stress-free. You’ll be fully supported every step of the way. It all starts with a quick 5-minute phone call to see if we’re a good fit.

If everything clicks (no pun intended), we’ll schedule a longer call with you and your partner to dive into details, answer questions, and make sure you have everything you need. After that, we’ll send over a contract with all the booking info—easy, seamless, and tailored to you.

Engagements and Bridal Sessions

Your engagement or bridal session should be more than just beautiful, it should feel like you. That’s why we help plan every detail to ensure your photos are not only stunning, but deeply personal. From outfit ideas to ideal timing and lighting, we’ve got you covered with a helpful planning guide. We also encourage choosing a location outside of Charleston—somewhere that holds meaning for you as a couple—so your session reflects your story, not just a pretty backdrop.

The Wedding Day and Beyond

By the time your wedding day arrives, everything will be in place, so all you have to do is soak it in. We keep things relaxed, fun, and effortless, so you can be fully present with the people you love most. Behind the scenes, we’ll make sure every moment is captured with care. You’ll receive a preview gallery within 3 days, and your full gallery at 8 weeks. And after the day is over, we’ll be there to help you bring your images to life through prints and albums, so the memories don’t just live on a screen, but in your hands and home.

Weddings & Elopements

Weddings are the heart of what we do—our full-time focus and greatest passion. Our signature approach blends documentary storytelling, editorial elegance, and authentic candid moments to create images that do more than just document your day—they celebrate it.

Every collection is custom tailored and includes two photographers, full-resolution final images, full print rights, and an engagement or bridal session. You’ll also receive thoughtful planning support throughout the process to ensure everything feels seamless.

Packages begin at $6,450.

Engagement Sessions

Engagement sessions are more than a warm-up—they’re a chance to create something personal, meaningful, and completely you. This is your opportunity to break away from the expected and bring your vision to life. Whether it’s a faraway destination or a place that holds deep significance, we’ll go wherever your story leads.

Every package includes one session, and we highly encourage travel. Let’s skip the standard downtown photos and create something that feels true to who you are.

Bridal Portraits

Bridal sessions are one of my absolute favorite parts of the process. They offer a rare opportunity to slow down, step into your wedding dress, and create stunning, timeless portraits without the time constraints of the wedding day. It’s a chance to get comfortable in your gown, test out hair and makeup, and see how everything photographs—while capturing elegant images you’ll treasure forever.

Even better, many of our couples use these portraits to create a beautiful framed print or canvas to display at their reception. It’s a thoughtful, personal touch that adds to the celebration and gives your guests a glimpse into your bridal style.

Signature Packages

Here’s a look at what we offer. Every package includes two photographers, access to your full-resolution final images, full print rights, and your choice of either an engagement or bridal session—because we believe those extra moments matter just as much as the wedding day itself.

You’ll also have the option to customize your collection with a second session, coverage of your welcome party or rehearsal dinner, and a curated selection of heirloom prints and albums. Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our package guide we’ll be happy to design a package that works perfectly for your needs and budget.
This depends on your wedding date. If you’re getting married in the peak months of May or October we recommend getting in touch between 12 and 18 months and for spring and fall we recommend between 10 and 12 months. For all other dates we recommend getting in touch no later than 6 months out. Keep in mind though that there is no guarantee your date will be open no matter how early you get in touch.
Absolutely not. There are things that you CAN buy after the wedding but when you book a package with Nicholas Gore Weddings you’re buying the coverage on the wedding date and then access to the full resolution final images! There’s no need to spend a penny afterwards unless you want to.
We only require a 50% retainer to reserve your date, with the balance due 2 weeks before the wedding. For events requiring travel, we require all travel fees at signing to guarantee that our quoted price is accurate.
Despite everyone’s best intentions wedding days usually run a little behind schedule. Don’t stress though! If you need us to stay for an extra 15-20 minutes we’ll be happy to get whatever last minute shots you need. You’re welcome to add any number of hours during your wedding day, we just ask that you pay the balance before the end of the night.
